Dan Hennes is Vice President Product Management for ADP's Workforce Management product suite. Dan is responsible for the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap for ADP’s WFM portfolio. He’s been in his current role for 3.5 years and with ADP for 7.5 years. Prior to this role, Dan was responsible for ADP's Health Compliance (ACA) product offering and before that, Workforce Now Payroll. Dan holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Dan is based at ADP’s HQ in Roseland, New Jersey.

Chuck Platt is Vice President Service for ADP's National Accounts Segment serving clients with more than 1000 users. Chuck is responsible for service delivery and operations for all of National Accounts workforce management products. He’s has been in his current role with ADP for 6 years. Prior to joining ADP, Chuck held leadership positions in roles spanning all aspects of software operations including: Professional Services, Customer Support, Hosting and Product Engineering in companies ranging in size from startup to Fortune 50. Chuck holds an undergraduate degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA from New York University. Chuck is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
